Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

- The product received was defective or incorrect.

- The return is due to an error on our part.

 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation of Orders

- Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched by contacting Customer Support. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed promptly.

- After Dispatch: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. Customers must follow the return process outlined in Clause 2.

Disputes and Escalations

- In case of disputes regarding refunds, customers may escalate their concerns by contacting our Customer Support team. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.

- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
