Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Products: Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

- The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

- The product delivered does not match the description or specifications on the Platform.

- The product is returned in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories, and within the specified return window (see Clause 2.1).

Services: Refunds for services offered on the Platform will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms and conditions of the specific service purchased.

Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for:

- Products that are not in their original condition or have been used, washed, or altered.

- Perishable goods, customized items, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refunds for eligible requests will be processed within **[ 14 business days]** of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

- The refund amount will be credited using the original payment method. In cases of cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon with the customer.
